Pizza Crisps

Make these quick pizza crisps for a fun, crunchy snack that can be taken on the go.


- Create small mounds of shredded Parmesan sheet on a baking sheet or in the bottoms of a muffin tin. Add about half as much shredded mozzarella on top and then lay some pepperonis on top. You can use mini pepperonis or cut normal sized pepperonis into quarters.

- Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

These don't keep very well (they will get softer over time) so consider eating them within a day or so of making.
